Michael has over 25 years of corporate senior management and business ownership experience with an expertise in leading the buyside search, acquisition, and strategic scale up role of Private Equity owned platform companies in the battery assembly and contract manufacturing space.  He is a consultative business executive recognized for driving transformative growth and innovation in a myriad of  markets by leveraging mergers and acquisitions. His career is distinguished by a track record of leading organizations to achieve revenue and profitability growth across a variety of industries. He has also acquired, operated, and sold successful small businesses as a semi-passive investor and he started Ownership Pathways to help others do the same.

Michael possesses a robust understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and business acquisition search criteria development, complemented by a vast network of funding, legal, and accounting resources.  His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional business outcomes. Ownership Pathways is organized to assist investors in finding and acquiring existing businesses and franchises that fit their individual interests, passions, and criteria.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
